Teamwork is Tested with a 'Biggest Loser' Shoot-Out

Alison warns the teams that one person's weight will count for each team and it's up to the opposite team to decide whose weight will count. And they won't know whose weight will count until the weigh-in. Alison communicated this to the teams very slowly, either to emphasize the importance of this week, or because she took a large quantity of downers before the elimination vote. Everyone is shocked, and ready to take a nap. 

Early the next morning, Jesse and Jessica wake up to hit the gym. Jillian runs the black team into the ground, but focuses her displaced anger toward Elizabeth. Anna is also nervous, because she's still new. Rather than condemning disco again, Jillian's T-shirt has a positivie message today (Stand Up to Cancer). Frado is still a thorn in Jillian's side, and all his yelling doesn't help him stay on the treadmill at a high speed. Frado swears and goes for a pout in the fields.
