Anything Hollywood Miley Cyrus' latest leaked video of the singer taking a bong hit of salvia may get the substance banned once again. Salvia, a natural herb known to have hallucinogenic tendencies, is legal in California but a former CA state assemblyman thinks�this would be a good time to try to reverse that legislation.
